Another World



Another World intervenes to revitalise the park through a transformative horn sculpture, symbolising change and connection. This auditory intervention creates an ever-shifting soundscape, engaging both humans and nature in an immersive experience. Listening through the horn offers a fresh perspective, revealing the beauty of everyday sounds. Additionally, it serves as a communication tool, extending the reach of human voices and enriching the park’s sonic landscape. Another World brings a sense of connection to the familiar, inspiring all to embrace the magic hidden in their surroundings. The horn measures 10 meters in length and 3 meters in height at its tallest point. It is constructed from fiber glass with a steel framework providing support. It’s blue colour is inspired by a small blue building which stands on a strawberry field right next to the park.

This project was commissioned by the DNBeta community in Renli Village, Ziyang, China.
