At the workshop participants soldered, build and designed their own sound generator. A small little analogue synth that was invented by Ray Wilson, a known person in DIY world. To take part in this workshop you didn't have to be a soldering specialist.
During the workshop we looked at the basics of analogue sound generating. A peak into the magic world of electronic parts that generate sounds straight from mars. Participants learned the basics of soldering, the main remarks, to read values of the different electronic parts and how to start future projects.
After the soldering will be finished all participants build there own wooden case for the synthesizer. The next step was to design the front plate of this little noise maker. When everything was finished all participants joined each other and form a orchestra that presented all instruments in a live concert directed by Ronnie Deelen.
